All Things Purple part 2

So here are some pictures from my purple themed wedding.

They had these flowers on high boys.

Close up of the arrangement on top of the eiffel tower vase.

Another view of the centerpiece.

They also had a surprise for the groom...Pat McCurdy!

Stay tuned for more weddings!

All things purple!

So yesterday, Sept. 20, 2008, was my last full year wedding and it was great! They are so sweet and a lot of fun...the whole wedding process was so easy with them including the day of even though it was a lot of work...but at the same time had a lot of fun....their family were also very close so I got a chance to know all of them...

I will have pictures later, but this wedding had something other weddings did not...the bride wanted to surprise her groom...she surprised him by booking Pat McCurdy! I did not know who he was until this wedding but he is a comedian with a guitar...I guess he performs at Summerfest and all of the small gigs in Milwaukee, but he was pretty funny...so they both love his songs and it was a great surprise for the groom...they danced their first dance to him...they started with a DJ and then ended the night with him...so in order to have their guests stay, the bride told all of her guests and made sure to tell them it needed to stay a surprise for the groom...

So to explain the subject...the bride loves the color purple...I found that out the first time I met them...she wore purple, had everything purple and when I saw the inside of their house, they had a lot of purple...so guess what the color of the wedding was...

This was a bittersweet end to weddings I had planned for a full year...but am looking forward to next year!

I will have pictures for you later...still have a couple of weddings left this year...but I am going to be sad when this season is over...although will be able to get some rest...but excited for next year...have a few weddings lined up for next year...

So have done some weddings as well as toured some new venues...

Intercontinental
Eisner Museum
Crown Plaza
Pilot House
Hilton Milwaukee City Center
Sheraton in Madison
Brink Lounge
Chandelier Ballroom
Radisson at Mayfair

These are wonderful places to do weddings and they have wonderful catering managers who will do anything and everything to help you...I cannot wait to work with them again...
